Community Support Incorporated is a leading provider of home care services in the disability and aged care sectors, as well as support coordination. We have been providing services in the community for over 30 years across South Australia. We provide a professional and collaborative work environment with a clear focus on person-centred care for our clients. We are currently expanding into palliative care and have many exciting things to come in the future.
**About you and the role**
At CSI, we provide the highest standard of care to our clients who partner with us to allow them to live their life, their way. You will provide a wide range of in-home support, which may include assisting clients with personal are needs, domestic activities, transportation services and social support.
Some shifts may also require assisting clients with complex personal needs as well as using lifters and providing transportation services.
Please note that as a Support Worker you will be required to have and willing to use your personal smart phone for work purposes as well as a reliable and safe motor vehicle (if providing transport shifts).
We are currently looking to cover shifts 2x a week, 2 hours each shift. More hours possible in the future.
**Key Experience Required for the role**
- Passion for helping and supporting those who are living with a disability
- Previous experience desired
- Current DHS Child-Related or Disability Clearance and Working With Children Check
- Current valid Police Check (within the last 6 months)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Unrestricted Drivers' Licence and roadworthy-ensured vehicle if transporting clients
