**About the role**

We are looking for a Public Relations Professional to join our team in a permanent, full-time position, in Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

**Key responsibilities**
- Identifying and engaging with various stakeholders, including customers, investors, government agencies, and the community, building and maintaining positive relationships with these groups.
- Organizing and promoting events to engage with the target audience, raise awareness, and build positive associations with the organization.
- Leveraging social media platforms to communicate with the public, share updates, and address concerns.
- Ensuring effective communication within the organization, keeping employees informed about key developments,
- Fostering a positive corporate culture and aligning internal messaging with external communications.
- Developing and maintaining a positive brand image through consistent messaging, storytelling, and promotional activities.
- Preparing for and responding to crises or unfavourable situations that may impact the organization's reputation.
- Creating and implementing campaigns to generate positive publicity, increase brand visibility.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or higher degree in social communication.
- At least 3 years of full-time work experience.
- Fluent English (mandatory).
- Latin America second language (desirable).
- Experience using traditional and digital communication and engagement platforms.
- Experience in copywriting and production is desirable.
- Experience in using content management systems and social media platforms is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated understanding of corporate communications tools including those for web, social and print mediums.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Working hours** - 38 per week
