Building Management Australia (**BMAUS)**is an integrated building and facilities management company that has evolved over twenty years to meet the needs of today's strata buildings. We have developed expertise in the provision of services to residential buildings and facilities management services for shopping centres, retail, commercial office buildings and industrial complexes.

BMAUS offers comprehensive services from full time and part time building managers and concierge to cleaners, carpark valets, handyman and pool attendants.

The position operates within one of the groups premier buildings and is a static position. The role requires a skilled handyman with a proven track record fulfilling the duties as outlined below.

The role will operate under the direction of the building manager who is located onsite.

**Role requirements;**

1.Duty Inspections of Common Areas

2.Changing of Light Globes

3.Testing/dosing and cleaning of the Swimming Pool and Spa

4.Minor Handy Man works (repairing handles, chutes, locks etc)

5.Concrete Works, patching

6.Render Works, patching

7.Bricking Laying (repairing walls)

8.Gyprock repairs (walls and ceilings)

9. Painting

10.Tiling

11.Waterproofing

12.Timber works (skirting, architrave repairs/replacement etc)

13.Cornice Repairs

14. Plastering

This position does not involve travel to other sites

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
