- **About the role**
- Join our Carlow House team and make a real difference in the lives of young people. In this permanent part-time role (52 hours per fortnight), you’ll work across both day and night shifts to support youth in building resilience, confidence, and essential life skills to navigate daily life.
- You’ll provide one-on-one interventions, develop and review assessments and case plans, and help clients work towards their personal goals. Through trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based practice, you’ll deliver early intervention and prevention support that empowers young people to create positive, lasting change.
- **About you**
- You’ll have a strong passion to support youth who are considered at risk or are presenting with complex issues to reach their full potential and build their confidence and resilience. Along with this you’ll have experience working with clients in a residential setting and with those of diverse cultures and communities.
- In addition, you will also possess:

- Certificate III in Youth Work is desirable
- Able to work a range of shifts including overnight
- Experience providing support to clients in developing essential life skills
- Drivers Licence
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid Certificate
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
