**Aftercare Manager**

Reporting to the Dealer Principal you will be responsible for the sale of aftermarket products across both the New and Used Vehicles departments to generate income for the dealership. This is a high-volume dealership and as a result requires a driven and enthusiastic operator to lead our team to high performance results.

**Duties include**:

- Promoting the range of aftercare products to new and existing customers
- Provided excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with the car’s sales team and finance and insurance team to provide seamless customer service.
- Meeting Dealership sales targets

**About you**:
Prior experience in the automotive industry, or as an Aftercare Consultant would be highly advantageous. Regardless of your background, you will be a passionate people-person, who is also driven by the thrill of the sale

**Ideally you will possess**:

- Prior Aftercare Consultant experience would be highly advantageous
- Ability to remain highly organised
- Ability to work in a team environment, working closely and collaboratively with others
- Ability to meet sales targets Hard working and self-motivated
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills in both written and verbal
