**About the role**

HopgoodGanim Lawyers are seeking a dedicated Solicitor or Associate with 2-4 years PAE, to join our specialist Workplace and Employment Law team in Brisbane.

Working closely with 2 Partners, and two Special Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work with both public and private sector clients, including large employers, government agencies and senior executives, handling work such as:

- Negotiation and drafting of standard and executive employment arrangements
- Employment dispute management and litigation, including Fair Work proceedings
- Advising on workplace compliance, industrial relations and enterprise bargaining
- Providing strategic employment advice on complex issues, including workplace investigations, work health and safety and policy development
