**The Opportunity**:
Due to continuous growth, we are looking to welcome an
**Experienced HSEQ Advisor**. This position will be working across a variety of projects across Australia including
**Port Hedland, Darwin, Pilbara and Onslow**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing the safety management procedures and controlling on-site audits
- Liaising with project personnel and subcontractors to discuss issues and/or incidents and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Encouraging and promoting continuous development by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices
- Creating and maintaining ISO qualified workplaces across all aspects of HSEQ
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Ensure HSEQ controls are effective and reliable, engaging workers and conducting coaching and mentoring activities with the Project Leadership Team.
- Abide by Hall Contracting HSEQ policies and procedures at all times

**About You**:

- Certificate IV or Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
- 2-3 years HSEQ experience in mining, civil or marine industries (preferred) or a similar role
- Sound knowledge of the applicable State Work Health and Safety Act and Regulations.
- Good literacy, numeracy and analytical skills are essential
- A systems focused and results orientated personality
- Highly engaging and clear communication skills to capture peoples' attention
- Experience in auditing and delivering safety initiatives.
- ICAM Lead Investigator trained.
