K-2 English Tutor

Roles:

- Teaching regular weekly classes throughout the academic term
- Ongoing monitoring of student’s academic progress through marking of short weekly quizzes
- Providing feedback to students on their progress
- Build relationships with parents and provide ongoing feedback.
- Maintaining up to date reporting on student progress on a weekly basis

Classes are held on weeknights from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm

What we are looking for:
1. Friendly, approachable and ready to hussle
2. Willing to dedicate 1.5+ years working with us
3. Studied in Australia or have knowledge of the Australian primary and secondary curriculum
4. Experience teaching K-2
5. Tutors with experience and studying teaching will be highly regarded

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $65.00 per hour

- Afternoon shift

- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Prestons, NSW 2170: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
