Permanent Payroll and HR Officer opportunity with full time hours within North Brisbane.

**Your new role**
In your new role you will add value to the organisation through providing professional, accurate, confidential, and efficient payroll and human resource services while meeting statutory obligations. Your main duties in this role will include,
- Processing payroll both weekly and fortnightly for up to 80 staff
- Awards interpretations
- Completing the on-boarding for new employees and establish manuals for new starters
- Assist with the development and implementation of employee manuals and internal HR policies and procedures
- Providing advice on counselling and performance reviews
- Support the OHS Manager with maintaining and updating the safety and medical documentation
**What you'll need to succeed**
Experience in a similar role which has aligned your payroll and HR skills to a busy and growing business. The ability to initiate improvements and work in partnership with senior management will be essential.
