**The role**:
Keller Australia are currently seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role will manage our plant and equipment yard in St Marys which supports our NSW projects as well as our business Australia wide.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage the workshop maintenance and yard activities to meet operational requirements
- Identify and manage labour and resource levels to meet delivery timelines against planned activities
- Prepare, review, and manage workshop and yard budgets
- Understand equipment performance, capability, and costs to provide input into tender submissions
- Provide knowledge of fleet performance including all breakdowns and maintenance activities
- Identify training and development opportunities within the workshop and yard teams
- Ensure safety is a top priority to ensure a zero-harm environment
- Manage the plant and equipment needs for projects in accordance with the national plant manager

**About you**:
**To be successful in this position you will have**:

- Demonstrated management experience within a similar role
- Trade qualifications as a fitter, diesel mechanic or hydraulic mechanic or maintenance engineering experience (mechanical/electrical)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the piling industry
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Excellent communication skills and a positive work ethic
- Full working rights for Australia
