We are looking for an expereinced professional who is interested in working within a tight knit team that are committed to delivering results and optimising the supply chain function.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Buyer with strong SAP expertise to join our client's team and play a key role in optimising their supply chain services. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing and buying of goods and services to deliver value across all operations and businesses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilise your SAP knowledge to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of materials and services as per operational requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling purchasing, expediting, and data management tasks.
- Identify opportunities for transactional purchasing automation and maintain Business Unit-specific catalogues.
- Address any issues impacting the purchasing function, resolving people, process, and SAP system-related challenges.
- Create accurate purchase orders with agreed-upon delivery dates to maintain DIFOT metrics.
- Work closely with site warehousing teams to facilitate timely goods receipting.

**Requirements**:

- Min 3-5 years experience within a similar role
- Significant experience working with SAP in the context of purchasing and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in SAP MM roles is highly preferred.
