**Full Job Description**

We are seeking experienced Personal Care Attendants to provide full personal care support to ensure the client’s comfort, hygiene, and well-being at all times.

**Tasks include**:

- Manual handling and help with repositioning, turning, and ensuring the client’s safety while in bed.
- Assist with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and oral hygiene.
- Support with meal preparation and feeding as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.
- Regularly monitor the client’s health, including vital signs and signs of discomfort, and report any changes to medical staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance the client’s quality of life.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment within the client’s home, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable living space.

You have a real passion for helping people and this shows through your exceptional communication skills and the way you respectfully treat others. You are compassionate, empathetic, and professional in all that you do. You want to make a difference with your warm and caring outlook.- High level of personal care experience
- Availability across a 24/7 roster
- Previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care
- Qualification in Aged Care/Disability/Individual Support
- Manual handling experience
- Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle would be preferred
- Current First Aid Certificate & CPR certificates
- NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain one
