You will be accountable for market position, customer segments, profitability and operational efficiency, using agile methodologies to deliver this value through the cross functional squad.- You will work with other parts of the business to understand and optimise the operationalism of the proposition, advocate for the proposition internally and within the external market, and research and analyse the market, understanding the needs of the different stakeholders in the market.- Important to your success - let's grow together- Extensive experience in Financial Services, particularly the advised market. Experience in life insurance is desired but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to estimate market size and viability of a product or feature.
- Knowledge of product management and how to define a product roadmap.
- Understanding of and experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong leadership capability including strategic thinking, conflict management, analytical, problem solving, outstanding communication & presentation skills.
