Your focus will include:
- Support Document Control outcomes on projects, including assigning key personnel and undertaking reviews and audits.- Delivery of technically acceptable document control services for approved work to ensure the development of high levels of client satisfaction and Clough’s business needs.- Support the development of function improvements and initiatives as part of a growth phase of the function.- Work with technical specialists to ensure specification compliance, technical integrity of document control system and documentation.- Plan and implement ongoing staff training and continuous professional development.

What you will bring to the team:
- 8+ years minimum relevant experience within a dynamic project environment- Tertiary Qualified with experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining, and/or Infrastructure / Utilities sectors.- Proven experience in project environment working across internal stakeholder groups.- Demonstrated Document Control experience using an EDMS.-
- Highly organised, process orientated and ability to prioritise.- Collaborative approach with experience managing a small team.
