- ** Join Our Finance Team as an Accounts Payable Officer**

Are you a meticulous and experienced Accounts Payable professional with a knack for accuracy and a passion for teamwork? We're looking for a dedicated **Accounts Payable Officer** to join our busy finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all invoices are processed accurately and on time, helping us maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and hotels.

**Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role**:

- Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of invoices, ensuring all company approval guidelines are met.
- Manage our accounts payable inbox, handling a variety of queries from both suppliers and internal teams.
- Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations to ensure ABN and GST compliance, as well as reconcile invoices from external sources.
- Process payments in a timely manner and in line with company guidelines.
- Scan and attach processed invoices to our **Great Plains** system.
- Professionally and effectively handle all supplier and hotel inquiries.
- Provide support to your fellow team members with tasks like remittance requests, large account reconciliations, and covering work during periods of leave.
- Assist with data cleansing and other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager.

What do we need from you

**Now let’s talk about you**:

- A minimum of **3 years of demonstrated experience** in a high-volume Accounts Payable or similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A solid understanding of reconciliation fundamentals.
- Intermediate knowledge of **Excel** or **Google Sheets**.
- Strong knowledge of vlookups and Pivot Tables
- Experience with **Great Plains Dynamics** and/or the **Coupa Purchasing System** is a plus.
