**About Your Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Contract Officer to work within our Employment Programs Division.

Reporting to the Client Contracts Manager, you will oversee the creation, management and renewal of client contracts ensuring legal compliance, accurate documentation and risk management contributing to an experience that empowers our clients to belong and thrive.

**Your Key Focus**
- Work collaboratively to continue to improve the journey and experience of clients and their support networks
- Document clients’ goals, expectations and requirements in alignment with relevant funding, policy and governance
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to undertake the end-to-end process to create, maintain and/ or renew client contracts
- Consistently follow customer quality and safeguarding policies, systems, practices and controls
- Understand and adapt with organisational change, supporting others to do the same

**What We Look For**
- Knowledge or ability to acquire relevant NDIS compliance and funding rules
- Ability to priortise and manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations to deliver outcomes
- Proven experience in effective communication via different communication channels
- Strong administration, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in non-for-profit sector would be beneficial
