**Your responsibilities would include**:

- Execute effective sales and marketing plans to drive membership growth.
- Develop and build local community and corporate outreach opportunities.
- Delivery of service standards, driving goal performance and supporting key offerings including Rest and Recovery, Personal Training and Group Fitness.
- Manage membership communication and feedback.
- Recruit, up-skill and motivate a high-performance team to successfully work together to achieve goals and create a winning culture.

**As our Club Manager you will possess the following qualities, skills and experience**:

- Experience in engaging with people and working in a fast-paced team environment
- Great customer service experience and skills
- Proven ability to drive goals
- Sales and marketing knowledge
- A passion to change lives through health and fitness

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)
