Classic Residences Retirement Village is currently seeking enthusiastic, committed and reliable Personal Care Assistants to provide onsite overnight (incorporating a sleepover shift) and day shift care to Village residents. Your position will be on a casual, rotating roster, with opportunity to pick up further shifts covering sick and annual leave.

With a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, you will have proven experience in dealing with the elderly, along with the ability and confidence to make critical decisions in relation to resident care. You will have a professional and positive approach to work and ensure that all residents’ needs are met in accordance with Lendlease standards and Resident Committee requirements.

To be successful you must have;
- Cert III in Aged Care (essential).
- Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate/CPR (essential).
- Strong customer service skills, with a genuine interest in working with the elderly.
- Flexibility to pick up shifts, including sleepover shifts, sometimes on short notice.
- High motivation, with the ability to take initiative in often stressful situations.
- Experience working within Aged Care or Retirement communities.
- Food Safety Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
