**About the role**

The T&E Specialist will provide effective support to the T&E Lead to develop and deliver outcomes.
- Responsive to the Australian T&E Lead and Project Manager for outcomes and tasking.
- Provide support to the multi-disciplined project teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of a plan to establish the necessary test range environment.
- Support development and implementation of the T&E Master Plan.
- Support the Identification and coordination of all planning elements required to enable execution of the T&E activities.
- Support the coordination and approval of plans and instruments required to enable test execution (establish infrastructure, risk retention, activity approval etc).
- Actively manage working relationships to understand stakeholder requirements and expectations.
- Support the project teams with the integration and engagement of the project governance framework.
- Develop and deliver succinct written and verbal communications for stakeholder both internal and external.
- Integration with the House of Governance Team, ensuring consistency and transparency in reporting tools and optimum use of functionality.
- Provide specialist support to other projects as required, including T&E Master Plan development to support key project milestones.

**About You**
- Current NV1 clearance.
- Able to consume ITAR controlled data and information
- Extensive experience in delivering test outcomes (Senior T&E Practitioner, or equivalent, level of competence).
- Excellent analytical skills and strong writing skills.
- Resilience in a highly demanding, constantly changing work environment.
- Experience as a T&E Manager, including T&E Master Plan development and T&E policy implementation. (Desirable)
