The Role

The purpose of the Digital Solutions Manager is to enhance our online portal's engagement and usage among financial advisers. Bridging the gap between financial advisers and our digital tools, driving strategic initiatives, and optimising portal transactions.

You’ll have a deep understanding of the value levers of digital solutions and portal usage, this role will “hold the pen” on key relationships to both uplift key usage within the portal with key advisers, as well as develop ongoing strategies to execute on our digital portal expectations.

Some of the things you will be accountable for include:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase financial advisers' awareness and utilisation of the online portal.- Conduct regular webinars, training sessions, develop guides and deliver workshops to educate advisers on portal features, benefits and best practices.- Act as the primary point of contact for financial advisers regarding portal-related queries and feedback.- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and implement strategic initiatives for portal transactions.- Analyse usage patterns, identify opportunities for improvement and propose enhancements to the portal experience.- Provide insights and recommendations based on adviser feedback and usage data to guide internal decision-making processes.- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in digital solutions and financial technology.- Lead and manage digital projects related to the portal, including feature rollouts, system upgrades and user experience improvements.

What you bring:
You will have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and feel comfort in a changing environment. You’ll also have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.- Proven experience in digital solutions management, particularly within the financial services industry.- Strong understanding of online portals, digital tools and financial advisory processes.- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
