**Intro**

Based in Mount Kuring-Gai, OZ Bin Cleaning is Sydney’s largest bin cleaning company providing professional bin cleaning services to Australia’s most well-known brands and thousands of Strata Buildings and businesses, serving 3,000 sites a week across 400+ suburbs.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Office All Rounder to join our team on a full-time basis or can be job shared between two.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established service-based business.

To be considered for this position, you should have previous office experience in administrative tasks, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and an understanding of MYOB would be highly regarded.

This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, or can be flexible and be a shared role. If this sounds like a role you would excel in but only seeking part time please apply. The position is based on-site at Mount Kuring-Gai (not WFH).

**Duties**

Taking incoming calls from customers

Job Processing

Preparing and sending quotes

Following up all quotes

Maintaining all customer activity within the company CRM

Communicating with customers about jobs in progress

General Office & Reception Duties

Minor Excel Spreadsheet Management

**Skills & Experience**

Previous experience in a similar role or function

The ability to communicate with a wide range of people

Excellent people skills

Professional communication skills, attitude & presentation

Excellent numeracy and literacy skills

Good organizational & time management skills

Good computer literacy

Must display professional conduct and deportment at all times

Good working knowledge of Office 365.

High attention to detail and ability to recognize errors.

Ability to work accurately, efficiently and prioritise tasks

Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Genuinely interested in working and taking care of a small business.

Be reliable, honest and down to earth.

**Hours / Benefits**

$25 to $35 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Full or Part Time flexible.

Long term role.

Working directly with committed and hands on owners who appreciate their team.

Off street parking available + walking distance to train station

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
