We're on the lookout for an experienced Barista/All-Rounder to join our friendly and hard-working team.

**Position Overview**:
As an Experienced Barista/All-Rounder, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional coffee and service while assisting with the overall operations of the café. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, contributing to the smooth running of daily tasks, from coffee preparation to customer service, and maintaining the café environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based coffee and other beverages
- Ensure consistency in coffee taste, presentation, and quality
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace
- Assist with food preparation and serving as required
- Support with opening and closing procedures
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions
- Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure health and safety standards are met at all times
