**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Are you our next Injury and Safety Advisor?
Partnering with our leaders and team members alike you’ll be a key custodian of our Group Safety Framework. Responsible for running our COG Bounce Back program, you’ll ensure we provide a world class level of support to our team and contribute to creating a safe working environment across all COG functions. Your days will be varied with your time focused on successful management of claims, Group reporting/analysis and coaching and education for our team - safety is everyone’s responsibility Reporting into our Health and Safety Manager you’ll be joining a collaborative and passionate team who live our ‘people first’ value and are committed to making positive impact.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Technical understanding of workplace policies and procedures
- Experience in workers compensation including claim management
- Ability to analyse and report on injury data
- Knowledge of Workers Compensation Legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication, with the ability to build relationships across departments.
