**About us**

**About the role**
- As the Manager Court Practice, you will be responsible for overseeing operations at one or more community correctional services locations and has direct supervision and oversight of Advanced Practitioners and Supervisors of court assessment and prosecutions services (CAPS). This role will provide support and guidance to highly skilled and experienced case management and CAPS practitioners on mitigating risk through evidence-based practices.
- You will be required to participate in the “on call” after hours Duty Director system as rostered.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- extensive case management experience with complex and high-risk clients
- extensive understanding of best practice risk minimisation and therapeutic initiatives
- experience in managing teams and resources ensuring smooth delivery of services
- an ability to monitor financial performance, resource and staffing requirements.
- A relevant qualification in social work, human services or criminal justice discipline, with work experience in a similar field is also desirable.
