A P&C Generalist role, working in a stand-alone role for a construction company based in North Sydney
**Your new company**
You will be working for a company that operates in the construction industry.
**Your new role**
Working in this standalone role as P&C Generalist, you will look after all the HR functions, including:
- End to end recruitment, onboarding and training
- Employee engagement, including organising internal social events
- Developing and updating policies and procedures
- Salary benchmarking
- Being th first point of contact for all HR queries
**What you'll need to succeed**
A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR will lead you to success, as well as:
- A tertiary qualification in HR
- Wiliness to work from the office 4 days a week
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is not too corporate
- A good sense of humour is a big plus
