Quality Assurance

ARL is currently looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Manager. This position reports directly to the CEO & will be responsible for all aspects of the maintenance and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System (QMS).

**Responsibilities**

Develops quality assurance plans and implement monitoring procedures.

Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.

Maintaining existing company’s quality management system. Bring improvement by identifying potential system flaws and work on their elimination.

Responsible for planning and conducting internal quality audits to maintain compliance with AS/NZS ISO 9001.

Responsible for preparation and smooth execution of External quality audits. Addressing audit outcome and implementing corrective actions.

Keep records of quality reports and relevant documentation

Creating and implementing strategies for business growth and continual improvement

Ensuring staff follows statutory regulations, policies, procedures and quality management system

Training of new employees, and mapping skills and monitoring the competence needs

Conduct Work Health and Safety audits.

Serve as the liaison between the management and external standards agencies.

Additionally, should be able to provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors), team building and maintaining a well relationships within the management levels.

**Skills and Experience Required**

Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Health and Safety or related field is essential.

Minimum 10 years of proven work experience in QA/QC, Quality management system

Must be a certified Lead Auditor in QMS and Lead Assessor of ISO/IEC 17025

Excellent communication skills and strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, and management skills.

Experience with MS-Office (especially Excel, Word) is needed.

Other certifications related to NDT, Quality and HSE would be preferred.

Experience of Oil and Gas industry will be added advantage.

**Salary**: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
