With a spectacular waterfront location in the heart of the Rocks, 6 HEAD is the newest restaurant in a well-established boutique hospitality company. Now we are looking for you You’ll be someone who excels and enjoys serving large cover numbers while still maintaining uncompromising service standards.

We are now hiring **bar staff **to come on board, immerse themselves in an in-depth, quality training program and help us launch a brand-new restaurant.

What we need from you:
A minimum of 1 years’ experience in high volume restaurant

Exposure to premium/extensive wine & beverage service

Cocktail Experience

High standards of grooming & presentation

An underlying passion for a thing’s food and wine
