**About Us**
LaCosmetique is expanding We’re opening our newest store in Ed.Square Shopping Centre and are seeking an experienced **Store Manager** to lead the team and bring the K-beauty experience to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Manage store operations, including rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
- Drive sales through events, promotions, and local marketing initiatives
- Train, coach, and develop team members

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of retail management or supervisory experience (beauty retail highly regarded)
- Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work a flexible roster including weekends and public holidays
