Our busy Central Coast clinics in Kanwal, Long Jetty, Erina and Woy Woy are seeking a customer focused and dedicated Medical Receptionist to join the team. This role is a full time, permanent position working across all four clinics as needed, Monday to Friday with 8 hour shifts between 5:45am to 9pm including optional weekend work.
What will you be doing?
This role will be divided between patient-facing medical reception and on the phone booking in-clinic appointments.
Some of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Be the first point of contact for patients at reception
Make appointments for several clinics across multiple modalities (e.g. x-ray, MRI, ultrasound)
Providing excellent customer service and patient care
Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, colleagues and managers
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in reception and administration and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. You'll be flexible working across four clinics, working autonomously and in a team environment with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
