**About the Role**

Equans now have an exciting opportunity for a **Purchasing Coordinator** to be located within our Audio Visual Business in **Mulgrave.**

Reporting to the National Procurement and Logistics Manager this role will see you provide procurement / purchasing coordination support so that supplies are purchased and available for client jobs in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner, enabling excellent AV services to be provided to clients.

**Responsibilities (however not limited to)**:

- Preparing purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner
- Reviewing and following up backorders to ensure stock is delivered in a timely basis
- Following up delivery times with suppliers on a daily basis
- Providing stock estimated time of arrival (ETA) updates to project teams on a daily basis
- Assisting with warehouse communications in consultation with the National Procurement Manager
- Providing administrative support for procurement activities as directed by the National Procurement Manager

**About you**:

- Hold relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in procurement, purchasing or warehouse management along with a highly developed commercial business acumen
- Good knowledge of MS Office skills
- Genuine interest in technical products
- Ability to work autonomously, self-driven with strong attention to detail
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
