**YOUR OPPORTUNITY**

An exciting opportunity has become available for a dynamic **Warehouse Team Leader** to join our high performing warehouse team in **Carole Park QLD**. If you’ve got good warehouse knowledge and are looking for the next step in your career, we want to hear from you

Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Lead our warehouse teams to deliver the required customer service levels within inventory and cost budgets, while driving continuous improvement in Safety, Service and Productivity
- Manage operational labour performance on a day-to-day basis by monitoring KPI performance, and taking action to ensure targets are consistently achieved
- Induct, onboard and train all newly hired employees
- Coach, mentor and drive performance and behavioural standards within the warehouse teams by providing clearly defined tasks and providing feedback
- Conduct performance development planning with all direct reports to clearly identify performance targets, and opportunities for career development and succession planning
- Actively participate to ensure a safe working environment for all, monitoring and reporting on Work Health & Safety compliance
- Identify process improvement opportunities, gain any required approval, and implement

To be successful, you will have:

- Professional personal presentation and good communication skills
- Have a proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to problem solve in a high pressure fast paced environment
- Supervisory and Performance Management experience
- Extensive warehousing experience including use of pallet jacks, RF scanners and an Order Pickers
- A current forklift licence and experience is essential
