- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Tasks & Duties:

- Weekly payroll including payment summaries.
- Daily invoicing.
- Accounts payable/receivable.
- All bank input and reconciliations.
- Credit card reconciliation.
- General ledger and month end reconciliations.
- BAS, PAYG & IAS.
- Payroll tax.
- General business support.
- Annual compliance for Workcover.
- EOFY accounts.
- Liaise with external accountant as necessary.
- Superannuation.
- Manage reception.
- General business support to directors.
- Preparation of monthly P&L reports.
- Invoice management and follow up of overdue payments.
- Must maintain an appropriate level of confidentiality

This is a permanent full time equivalent based on 40hr week. Salary based on experience.

**Salary**: $41,663.17 - $74,614.87 per year

- Monday to Friday

- Boorowa, NSW 2586: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Bookkeeping / Office administration: 3 years (required)
