Retail Sales

**We are seeking a customer focused Sales Representative and Counter Hand to work retail hours.**

Corkhill’s Engineering is a steel fabrication, machining, and general welding and repair services. Established in 1992 in Boorowa NSW, we provide our expert work for agricultural, mining, commercial and industrial customers as well as the general public. Our retail supplies an extensive range of bearings, hydraulic fittings, seals, steel, hardware and oils as well as the area BOC and Elgas agents. We pride ourselves on providing an excellent service and quality product. Enforcer Rugby Scrum Machines and South-West Shooting Supplies are two other aspects of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generating counter and phone sales.
- Serving customers, providing engineering & trade knowledge to customers.
- General store up keep.
- Stock management, dispatching and receiving of goods and putting stock away.
- Safe manual handling of gas cylinders.

**About you**:

- General knowledge of engineering, hydraulic fittings and bearings products.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and be passionate about sales and service.
- Computer and Google search skills.
- Be self-motivated and be able to prioritise workload to meet deliverables.
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Forklift License is preferrable.
- Firearms licence and an interest in hunting/shooting is desirable.
- Well Presented. Well dressed.
- Knowledge of both metric & Imperial measurements.

The position is full time to commence immediately. Salary will be in line with experience.

Part-time hours: 38 per week

**Salary**: $21.54 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
