**This role operates on**
**a hybrid model **- split your time between working from home and in our Wollongong office to attend meetings, facilitate learning and for team collaboration sessions. Visits to IRT locations will be as required.- As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll ensure that IRT attracts and retains optimal and skilled employees to meet the needs of our customers. This is a high volume recruitment role where you will be responsible for identifying and attracting talent to meet our high-volume recruiting needs in the aged care sector.- This role plays a critical part in ensuring that our organization has the right people to provide exceptional care to our customers. You’ll use your outstanding people skills and creativity to partner with our Line Managers and the broader People & Culture team, driving innovative end to end recruitment activities, campaigns and processes for a range of roles.**Your work will include**:

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Advising on hiring decisions including job evaluation and salary decisions
- Contributing to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and the development of the Talent Acquisition team in current best-practice

**To be successful you will have**:
- Demonstrated experience in driving end to end recruitment processes (ideally with a high volume recruiting background) and campaigns
- Demonstrated experience in developing bespoke recruitment campaign initiatives and digital media content
- Demonstrated experience in running multiple concurrent campaigns or projects
- Experience working with interpreting industrial instruments including Enterprise Agreements and Modern Awards
- Drivers licence and the ability to travel to IRT locations and events as required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for their work and outcomes.
