Seeking a creative and driven activity developer who is client focused and driven to make a difference on a permanent part time basis. Alzheimer's Queensland (AQ) is a not for profit organisation that prides itself on being an innovative organisation that exceeds client's expectations, so that people with dementia, the frail aged and their families can have an improved quality of life.

Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a female only, aged care home that is widely recognised by local residents as the specialist dementia nursing home in the Inner Brisbane City.

As the LLC, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, reporting, monitoring and evaluating client activity programs and engagement levels for individuals or groups within the local vicinity.

**About You**

Required attributes include exceptional interpersonal communication skills to facilitate and support client development, achievement and independence in valued social roles within the centre and the community.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Cert III in Leisure & Lifestyle or Diversional Therapy or equivalent experience
- Leisure & Lifestyle Activity Aged Care experience
- Good knowledge of people with dementia
- Open Driver's Licence
- National Police Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Good computer skills
- Up to date COVID vaccinations
