Our work doesn't stop at implementation, a key pillar to our organisation is our growing Application Managed Services function. This function ensures the systems our customers are using for the foundation of their HR group adds value day in day out into the future.

This is an ideal position for graduates with an interest in technology, or junior developers/system analysts looking to grow their career within the technology domain.

Key Accountabilities:

- Review and triage new support tickets
- Respond to, monitor & manage support enquiries and incidents ensuring communication with customers is maintained in a professional and timely manner;
- Take pride in managing interactions from start to finish - Amazing customer experiences is what we are all about
- We do whatever it takes to get the job done in line with our company values.
- Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support/key consultants to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient and effective manner in order to resolve problems;
- Proactively manage service levels;
- Escalate as required where service levels are at risk;
- Keep customers informed throughout the problem resolution process & notify them of impending changes or agreed outages.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
