**About the role**:
Our Explosive Ordnance Services (EOs) team enables the Australian Defence Force through storage, distribution, maintenance and disposal of these systems, all across Australia. As a turnkey solution, we offer the opportunity to gain a holistic understanding of our business operations, creating huge opportunities for growth.

We're seeking an Inventory Accounts Officer to support our EO research program by managing inventory accounting, data entry, and logístical operations. This role involves maintaining accurate records, conducting stock control, and providing support to our technical team.

**Initial 12 Months Fixed Term Contract + Extension (**$75,988 + Super + Overtime)
- Manage EO and asset inventory accounting and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participate in internal assurance and investigation activities
- Liaise with Defence EO Services and external partners
- Maintain positive customer relations and support facility users
- Monitor inventory storage and conduct routine inspections
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
- Ensure compliance with security and safety protocols

**How About You?**
- Demonstrated proficiency in high-accuracy data entry using Excel and Word
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Experience in electronic record-keeping and information management
- Customer service background with excellent communication skills
