THE OPPORTUNITY
This position offers a detail orientated, process focused professional the opportunity to support a high performing team; simultaneously liaising with internal and external key stakeholders and supporting Logistics Manager in providing exceptional customer service.

This is a permanent part-time, Monday - Thursday.

**Your key responsibilities will see you**:

- Maintain and update Vehicle Tracker
- Prepare fleet reports
- Maintain system and prepare reports
- Assist Logistics Manager with ad hoc reporting
- Maintain and enter details into the database
- Supplying stakeholders with Annual Maintenance Statements & Occupiers Statements
- Provide administrative support to contractors

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- Intermediate to advance skills in excel and other office products
- Experience in the motor industry preferred
- Experience in analysing and interpreting data and creating reports
- Experience in managing trackers / systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Superior written and verbal communication
- Exceptional attention to detail
