**About Us**:
Eminence Care is a registered NDIS and aged care provider committed to person-centred, culturally sensitive care across Melbourne.

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate **Support Worker** with **Auslan proficiency** or strong experience supporting **Deaf or non-verbal clients**. You'll be assisting with daily activities, personal care, communication, and community access.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide support using **Auslan** or other communication methods.
- Assist with personal care, domestic tasks, and daily routines.
- Encourage independence and social participation.
- Maintain accurate client notes and communicate effectively with the care team.

**Requirements**:

- Auslan proficiency or experience supporting Deaf/non-verbal clients.
- Relevant qualification in Disability or Community Services (preferred).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working With Children Check.
- Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable transport.
- First Aid & CPR certification.
- COVID-19 vaccination.

Pay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hour

- Support Worker: 1 year (required)
- AUSLAN/Sign Language: 1 year (required)
