Mars Hill Care Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Female Support Worker to provide one-on-one care for a delightful 10-year-old girl in her family home. This rewarding role involves supporting her with complex needs, including suction, personal care, and daily activities.

No prior experience with complex needs is required—full training will be provided to ensure you feel confident and supported.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting with suction and medication administration
- Supporting personal care and mobility
- Engaging in fun, age-appropriate activities to brighten her day
- Working closely with the family to maintain a safe and nurturing environment

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A warm, patient, and reliable individual
- A positive attitude
- Ability to commit to a consistent schedule
- Previous care experience is a bonus but not essential
