If you are looking for work stability, an opportunity to learn and develop your skills and show us what you can do, then APPLY NOW Here are some of the fantastic benefits we offer when you join our great team: - Free and secure onsite parking - Free access to our onsite wellbeing centre - free gym with equipment as good as your local gym, personal trainer - Free heath checks, flu and skin checks - Excellent discount on our food products for yourself and a family member - Free ongoing professional training opportunities - Certificate 3 in Food Processing and other accredited training and internal training to develop your personal skills - Themed events - Melbourne Cup celebrations, Easter Coffee Cart, Family fun days at a theme park for yourself and family, Christmas Gift Card, after 1 year of service Christmas Clothing item, after 3 years of service Christmas ham or fruit box ** We have positions which are On-going Casual Monday to Thursday ** ** Weekly roster - work every week, no more "on call" arrangements - Food Preparation - involves cutting meat and vegetable ingredients for processing, measuring, mixing and preparing food for various cooking methods - Packing - fast-paced, physical role, you must be OK to work in a chiller environment, involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts, running of food to different areas; lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs **Shift times**: - Early Morning Food Preparation: start time 1am to approximately 9.30am (Monday to Thursday) - Morning Food Preparation: start time 6am to approximately 2.30pm (Monday to Thursday) - Mid-Morning Packing: start time 10am to approximately 6.30pm (Monday to Thursday) - Afternoon Packing: start time 2pm to approximately 8.30pm (Monday to Thursday) - Night Shift Food Preparation: start time 8.00pm to approximately 4.30am (Sunday to Wednesday) **With all shifts flexibility of start and finish times is required** **Some information about you**: - You have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment - You enjoy doing repetitive work and like to know what your work is every day - You have some knowledge of handling food products appropriately and within strict hygiene standards - You can work in a cold environment - our factory is maximum 8 degrees Celsius - You have a great eye for detail and take pride in your work and your team - You have your own transport - some of our shifts start or finish when there is no public transport available You must be an Australian Citizen or Resident to apply.
