**Description**:
Our focus on quality and exceeding our customer's needs mean that as a business we are continuously growing and currently have a number of opportunities available to join our Production team. We have multiple vacancies available for our morning shift in our food preparation team

Availability Monday to Friday, five days per week is required for these roles.

**Job responsibilities**:
You will be working in a temperature controlled environment with a friendly team of people. You will need good hand eye coordination and be happy working at a fast pace while also being able to ensure quality work.

**Some of the tasks involve**:

- Lifting and handling up to 15kgs of ingredients and equipment with care and precision
- Master the art of cutting and preparing ingredients (including meat and vegetables) according to our quality standards
- Experience in a high-care environment is a plus, ensuring strict adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
- Operate various machines and equipment efficiently to streamline production processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities to ensure quality control
- Cleaning of work areas, machinery and equipment

**To be successful in this role, you will**:

- Familiarity with HACCP principles is a huge advantage, helping us maintain the highest of food safety standards
- Previous kitchen hand experience is preferred, showcasing your understanding of kitchen operations
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Able to work in a cold environment set to 4 degrees
- Be an excellent team member with an energetic and flexible approach
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be physically fit and capable of working in a cold environment
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Available to start at 2am with some flexibility
