OPSM is part of EssilorLuxottica, a global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of ophthalmic lenses, frames and sunglasses. We seek a passionate and engaging Associate Dispenser to join our OPSM team in Mandurah. You will be involved in the customer journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising high-fashion frames (from luxury brands) to suit the customer's lifestyle.

• Retail experience – optical desired but not essential
• Strong communication skills and a quick learner

• Guide customers through the eyewear journey from consultation to fitting and aftercare
• Assist in selecting and configuring frames to suit lifestyle and preferences
• Provide high-quality customer service and product knowledge
