**About the Location**

Stay in a unique lakefront location when you choose BIG4 Ingenia Holidays Lake Conjola Located within a same-day drive from Sydney CBD or our nation’s capital, Canberra, this park offers an array of accommodation from cabins to caravan sites and camping sites, surrounded by Lake Conjola and National Parkland.

**Your Opportunity**

The Caretaker is responsible for the provision of services to residents and guests outside of ordinary business hours, overnight and on weekends when mínimal staff are rostered on.

**What You’ll Do**
- Greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and handle reservations.
- Respond to guest queries, issues, and reasonable requests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
- Perform cleaning duties across cabins and common areas.
- Attend to out-of-office tasks (e.g., noise complaints, amenities, minor repairs).
- Conduct nightly checks, lock-ups, and be on call after hours.
- Maintain guest/resident databases using relevant systems.
- Support grounds and maintenance tasks as directed.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Current First Aid Certificate, Police Check & Emergency Accreditation
- Strong computer, communication, and customer service skills
- Confident decision-maker, proactive, and self-sufficient
