Our Client based in Yennora is Australia's largest provider specialising in flexible, national supply chain solutions. We are looking to recruit a full time experienced Customer Service Officer for an immediate start.

**Duties include**:

- Coordinate deliveries with transport providers
- Coordinate shipment arrivals with the warehouse
- Compare delivery paperwork with initial notifications and action any discrepancies
- Create invoices
- Investigate invoice queries
- Provide status updates to customers
- Liaise with IT department with any issues that affect business performance as they occur
- Book and liaise with couriers
- Generate picking slips and liaise with the warehouse regarding dispatch
- Finalise orders in the system once dispatched
- Monitor un-finalised orders
- Develop skills to ensure effective operations (customers and internal) on all systems Cargowise EDI, Ulink, Wool/Cotton, Greentree escalating as required.

**Desirable criteria**:

- Ability to provide high levels of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation
- Ability to adapt to new systems and processes
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft office skills
