Queensland Rail is built on true connection and everything we achieve is made possible by you. We have an exciting opportunity for a Manager Training Design and Development to join us in a newly created role on a **permanent full-time position **based in** Brisbane.**

As a Manager Training Design and Development, you will play an integral role leading a team to design and develop all core, technical and professional training programs and materials including the analysis and translation of learning needs and business requirements into fit-for-purpose elearning, face-to-face and blended training programs.
- Experience assimilating new teams.
- A strong understanding of training governance and compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Passion for building and maintaining strong, positive working relationships.
- A Certificate IV Training & Assessment (mandatory).
- A background in training design and development (desirable but not essential).
