who is highly motivated and patient focused to join our team in Sydney's Inner West.

We have an excellent reputation in the community for offering excellent products and services. You are someone who will go above and beyond to provide a high level of patient service, care and satisfaction.

Our store offer customers the full comprehensive range of health, beauty and medicinal products. You will have great knowledge and be able to recommend medicinal products and alternatives.

We aim to maintain high levels of professional service, advice and provide continuous training to all our staff members. You are a team player and is motivated to assist others whenever possible.

We use all forms of communication to our patients and customers both here locally, nationally and internationally. You will be able to use all forms of communication tools including social networking apps for effective communication.

As the only pharmacy in our local area, we're directly partnered with the local medical centers to provide support holistic health patient outcomes although we are a non-methadone pharmacy. You are able to liaise with external stakeholders and other Healthcare Professionals to achieve first class patient outcomes.

Our operating hours are Monday to Friday 9AM-6PM, Saturday 9AM-3PM.

You have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment with a strong focus on efficiency, speed and accuracy with an eye for detail. We utulise various computer software and online technologies to achieve this, so a high level of computer proficiency is required.

You want to be apart of an agile and innovative independent pharmacy where your direct ideas and contributions can be communicated with owners.
You have a willingness to learn, open minded and grow with the business.
English fluency required.
Mandarin, Cantonese or Vietnamese fluency advantageous.
Other language fluency advantageous.

The successful applicant will be required to meet a satisfactory National Criminal History Check outcome.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $44,137.00 - $71,548.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
