The Creative Lab, within the Brand and Content team, is an integral part of Latitude’s ambition to create, drive and tell the Latitude brand story.

In this role, you’ll:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketers, product managers, insights and data analysts, developers, and stakeholders, to design and implement innovative user experiences for our website.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback on current website design and identify areas for improvement.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas and solutions.
- Develop and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and coherence across all digital touch-points.
- Analyse user behaviour and feedback to continuously optimise and refine website design and functionality.
- Ensure all designs align with our brand guidelines and create a cohesive experience for our users.
- Perform any other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time

About you:

- Proven industry experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a significant focus on UX. Experience in the financial sector is advantageous.
- Proficiency: Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects, particularly in website design.
- User-Centered Design: Comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Skilled in developing both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes, with experience in planning and conducting user tests.
- Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with the ability to extract customer insights and prioritise user stories and functional requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating complex user needs into simple and effective design solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
