**Job Opportunity: Software Engineer at FIS**

About the Role:
What You Will Be Doing:

- Designing, programming, debugging, and modifying software enhancements.
- Collaborating with product managers and users to define requirements and modifications.
- Participating in software design meetings to determine technical requirements.
- Working with internal Client Training, Client Relationship, and Sales teams.

What You Will Need:

- Experience with end-to-end systems development life cycles and standards in HPE NonStop development, TAL/pTAL, TACL, Guardian, SQL/MX and Enscribe database, Pathway, or Connex on HPE NonStop Payments systems.
- Experience with ATM and POS device driving, Scheme and interchange links, Card and account authorization services, Key management and validation services using Thales and SafeNet HSMs is ideal.
- Experience with delivering best practices for Managed Service clients based on ITIL framework, Incident Change Release Problem Management.
- Knowledge of financial industry practices, regulations, and operations.
- Proficiency in sequence diagrams, class models, etc.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines.
- A bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or other related discipline, or equivalent experience.
