Reporting into the supervisor, you will help service fire protection systems on site throughout South Australia. The Electrical Technician will be installation, servicing, testing and/or programming fire panels, cabling, alarm systems and associated equipment on our clients’ sites. **You will contribute by**: - Surveying customer premises and recommend fire protection and safety systems and equipment, in accordance with Chubb Fire & Security procedures and processes. - Installation, and identify, test, service, and repair fire protection and safety systems and equipment in accordance Chubb Fire & Security procedures and processes. - Complete and provide evidence of maintenance performed on equipment in an accurate and legible manner, using systems including i-Service handheld technology. - Comply with all company policies, procedures, and processes. **You will need the following**: - Current Electrical Licence or FPAS Accreditation is preferred. - Previous experience in the Fire Protection Industry. - Unrestricted work rights and driver’s licence. - Able to undergo and pre-employment medical and police check. - A sound knowledge of the applicable Australian Standards relevant to Fixed Systems fire protection equipment. - A Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme accreditation and Cabling Licence are ideal, but not mandatory. - Great attitude and willingness to deliver for our customer and client base. **Benefits** - Fully maintained tool of trade company vehicle. - Excellent job stability and opportunities for personal growth and career progression. **How to apply** - “We believe in diversity and inclusion and welcome applicants from different backgrounds.
